Lesney Matchbox series S&S Cadillac Ambulance with box - No. 54B(1)....1965, whith body with red cross decal, red roof lights, blue window glass and black plastic wheels. The grill paint looks good and the body paint is nice though there is some edge wear about. the box is showing some wear with a rip in the left flap the runs about half the lenghth of the flap.
