WWII German U-Boat Commander Reinhard Suhren U-564 Knights Cross Signed Photo - Reinhard Suhren (April 16th, 1916-August 25th, 1984) was a German U-Boat commander and was awarded the Knights Cross for his contributions to the success of U-48 as its Torpedo-Weapons-Officer during the early war period. Serving under U-Boat commanders Schultze, Rosing and Bleichrodt, Suhren participated in the sinking of 200,000 GRT of shipping. The approximate size is 8 x 10 inches.
