WWII Era US Army 10 Cap Blasting Machine White & Rodgers
WWII Era US Army 10 Cap Blasting Machine. Produced by the White Rodgers Electric Co. Type 6901 No. 1. These were used by demolition crews on D-day to destroy the many obstacles on French beaches that had been set up during years of German occupation. The 10 Cap designation indicates that up to 10 Blasting cap detonators can be set off at one time. Wear from age and use.
