Civil War 1863 US Army Provost Marshal Draft Notice NY
Original Civil War era framed July 24th 1863 draft notice for James Melburn directing him to report to Auburn, NY for three years of military service. The certificate is in a frame under glass, the scale of which is shown in the photos.
