Since the 1890s, Kutchinsky has produced superlative jewellery, with their most famous pieces occurring from the 1930s right up until the present day. Known as "the David Webb of London", the firm famously supplied jewellery to King Ludwig of Bavaria. Their whimsical animal designs have become a byword for the Kutchinsky style, beginning in the late 1940s as a deliberately ostentatious celebration of the end of wartime restrictions - though, now, Kutchinsky jewellery comes in a variety of designs and styles suitable for many different tastes and preferences.
