ANTIQUE 19th c TIFFANY STERLING BASKET - Antique Classical sterling silver basket, made by Tiffany & Co. in New York ca 1892. Solid oval well. Sides open with arcade surmounted by floral scrollwork and oval scroll end handles. Asymmetrical rim. Beaded. Rests on 4 leaf-mounted paw supports. Fully marked including maker's stamp pattern no. 7853 (first produced in 1884) and director's letter T (Charles L. Tiffany). Monogrammed. 12.50”x8”x4.75”. Approximate Silver Weight 644 grams.
