White-tailed Deer Eight-Point Buck Taxidermy Shoulder Mount on Custom Hoof Hook Plaque - This is a taxidermy shoulder mount of a white-tailed deer (Odocoileus virginianus) buck. The specimen is presented in a right-turn pose, featuring a natural eight-point antler rack with four points on each side. The antlers exhibit typical pearling and textures around the burrs and bases. The hide retains its natural tawny-brown coloration with a white throat patch. The mount is secured to a custom-shaped wooden wall plaque with a dark-stained bevelled edge. The lower portion of the plaque is designed for utility, featuring two integrated deer leg sections with black hooves that function as decorative hooks. These leg sections are attached to the plaque using ornate, circular metallic escutcheons with a foliate relief pattern. A metal D-ring hanging bracket is visible on the reverse top edge of the wooden plaque. There are no maker's marks, taxidermist labels, or signatures visible on the specimen or the plaque.
