Naturalistic Oil on Canvas Painting of Hummingbirds and Tropical Flora in Ornate Gilded Frame - This oil on canvas painting depicts two hummingbirds hovering in flight near a vibrant orange and yellow tropical flower spike. The composition includes lush green foliage in the foreground and a soft-focus mountainous landscape under a pale blue sky in the background. The reverse of the canvas is marked with a handwritten inventory number in black ink reading 89335 (photo 10). The wooden stretcher is stamped in black ink with the size 8X10 (photo 10). The back of the outer frame features a stenciled or stamped marking starting with the number 20 followed by illegible characters, and a small rectangular blue and white label with text that is not legible (photo 10).
