LaBarge Italian Rococo Style Giltwood Wall Mirror Style 1620 - This wall mirror was manufactured in Italy for LaBarge Mirror Inc. of Holland, Michigan. The frame is carved in an elaborate Rococo revival style, featuring an ornate pierced crest with scrolled foliate, shell, and floral motifs. The wood frame surface is finished in a distressed gilt or gold leaf. The central rectangular mirror plate is set with a beveled edge. The reverse of the mirror bears the original manufacturer identification and instruction labels, identifying the model as style number 1620. The mirror is secured with a fiberboard backing panel. 57 x 35.5 inches.
