A Set of Four Galway Crystal Ashford Pattern Old Fashioned Glasses - A set of four lead crystal old fashioned glasses manufactured by Galway Crystal in the Ashford pattern. Each tumbler features a deep-cut diamond or cross-hatch motif around the lower third of the body, surmounted by a horizontal acid-etched band of laurel leaves. The underside of each base is decorated with a multi-point radial starburst cut. The crystal displays high clarity and sharp execution of the cut patterns. At least one glass bears a clear acid-etched manufacturer mark on the underside consisting of a stylized floral emblem and the word Galway. Height: 3 3/8 inches.
