Billet Head From the Cutter Vamp. - Removed from the cutter Vamp (ex-Gavilan) when the boat was broken up circa 1925. Designed and built by Charles Olmstead of Bay Ridge, Long Island, in 1893. Vamp was forty feet in length. Height 32 inches. This item is not eligible for in house shipping.
