Rare Crawford Co. Billy Merritt Quart Jar - Rare Crawford County Billy Merritt Quart Jar Billy Merritt(1861-1929) This is a killer quart jar with scarce handles ( Bat ) there are three known at this time. The jar is a great size and has a strong paint-rock glaze that is mature at all levels around the entire jar. The jar is in excellent condition and has light glaze voids on the edge of the handles, hardly noticeable at all. There are No cracks or repairs or chips in this example.
