Scarce Crawford Co. Signed JY 1/2 Gallon Jug - Scarce Crawford Co. Signed JY 1/2 Gallon Jug. This is a fine and scarce example due to the stamp being at the base of the handle terminal. The jug is clearly stamped JY. This is the second one I have came across. The glaze is outstanding with earthy olive green alkaline glaze. Has a nice iron bust (Milky Way Run) on the mid side of the jug. Condition is near mint with only one small glaze flake on edge of the rim. No other condition issues, no repairs or no cracks.
