Insignia approved by the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations on July 27, 1944. Decal on leather. Measures 5.625” x 4.75”. Deployed on the USS Essex (flew Douglas SBD-5 Dauntless), USS Lexington (flew the Curtiss SB2C-4 Helldiver), and the USS Yorktown (flew the Curtiss SB2C-4 Helldiver). Pickup is Monday, Nov. 9, from 11 am to 7 pm at our facility in Lancaster, OH. Alternate pickup day is available by appointment for a $5 fee per lot, or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
