A Collection of Military and Sporting Firearms Accessories Including Flare Gun and Edged Weapons - An assortment of militaria and firearm-related items featuring a vintage Marble Gun Cleaning Kit in a rectangular orange metal container. The container lid features a graphic of a combination gun and includes the printed text MARBLE GUN CLEANING KIT and A Game Getter PRODUCT. Inside the kit are various original components including multi-section metal cleaning rods with a wooden handle, a cardboard box for Marble's Gun Cleaning Patches featuring a moose illustration, a black plastic bottle labeled MARBLE GUN OIL, a smaller glass vial with a red label, and a cleaning cloth. The collection includes a flare gun frame and grip assembly with an exposed internal mechanism and heavy surface oxidation. Two wooden stocks are present; one is a thumbhole-style rifle stock with a visible wood grain and a black buttplate, and the other is a traditional rifle stock featuring a top-mounted sling swivel and a black metal buttplate. A blackened metal magazine for a self-loading rifle is included, characterized by three horizontal ribs on the body and a complex stamped pattern near the top left side. Edged weapons consist of a bayonet and a corresponding olive drab scabbard with a canvas frog. The bayonet features a black checkered grip and a metal pommel with a circular release button. The blade is blackened with significant wear to the finish along the edges. The ricasso is marked with an impressed serial number EN6724B and a circular mark on the reverse consisting of a series of radiating lines which are not clearly legible as a name or specific emblem. The scabbard is made of olive drab plastic or metal with a black throat piece, attached to a green canvas belt frog with metal snap fasteners and a retaining strap. Measurement taken across the width of the flare gun frame and grip: 5.5 inches. Measurement of the green scabbard: 7.75 inches. Total length of the bayonet: 11.5 inches. Width of the wooden thumbhole stock: 11.5 inches. Pickup is Monday, Nov. 9, from 11 am to 7 pm at our facility in Lancaster, OH. Alternate pickup day is available by appointment for a $5 fee per lot, or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
