A Pair of M1 Carbine Detachable Box Magazines .30 Carbine with 45 Rounds of Ammunition - This lot consists of a pair of blued steel 30-round curved detachable box magazines designed for the M1 and M2 carbines, chambered in .30 caliber. The magazines feature a traditional sheet steel construction with dual stiffening ribs and a single witness hole located near the base of the rear spine. The ammunition component of this lot includes a collection of 45 loose centerfire cartridges featuring brass cases and copper-jacketed round-nose projectiles. Prominent markings on the magazines are stamped on the rear spines: one is marked SEY, indicating manufacture by United Specialties Co., and the other is marked AYP. The ammunition headstamps are clearly marked 30 CARB and CBC, identifying them as .30 Carbine rounds manufactured by Companhia Brasileira de Cartuchos. These accessories are consistent with military and civilian configurations for the M1 carbine platform. Pickup is Monday, Nov. 9, from 11 am to 7 pm at our facility in Lancaster, OH.
