** WWII Nazi German BSW Suhl Mod. W 625 C Bolt-Action Training Rifle with SA Gruppe Kurpfalz Stock Stamp - A pre-World War II German bolt-action single-shot training rifle manufactured by Berlin-Suhler Waffen- und Fahrzeugwerke (BSW) in Suhl. The rifle is designed in the style of a military service carbine with a full-length wooden stock, dual barrel bands, and a bayonet lug to facilitate marksmanship training. The top of the receiver is stamped with an interlocking stylized BSW monogram, flanked by the model designation Mod. W 625 C and the city of manufacture Suhl. The top of the barrel is stamped between two cross motifs with the tool steel manufacturer FLUSS-STAHL KRUPP-ESSEN. The left side of the barrel is stamped KAL. .22 LONG RIFLE 166549. German commercial proof marks consisting of a crown over B and a crown over U are impressed on the receiver and barrel. The right side of the buttstock features a large circular property brand applied to the wood. This stamp consists of an outer ring reading SA GRUPPE KURPFALZ surrounding a central stylized Sturmabteilung (SA) emblem. The rifle retains a flat buttplate, a trigger guard assembly, and a front blade sight and rear tangent sight. A leather sling is attached via a side-mounted stock cutout and a forward barrel band swivel. A steel cleaning rod is housed beneath the barrel. Barrel length: 26 inches. In-house shipping is available. This firearm is at least 50 years old and in qualifying configuration, or is specifically recognized by ATF as a Curio & Relic. If you have a C&R Federal Firearms License (or another type of FFL authorized to receive this firearm), we can ship it to you or hand it to you at pickup where lawful. Otherwise, we will have to ship to your receiving Federal Firearms License holder, or you will need to undergo a background check here when you pick up.
