** Czechoslovakia CZ-52 Semi-Automatic Pistol 7.62 Tokarev with 4.5 Inch Barrel 1953 - This Czechoslovakian CZ-52 is a semi-automatic pistol chambered in 7.62x25mm Tokarev, a high-velocity cartridge utilized by Eastern Bloc nations. The firearm is notable for its roller-locked short recoil action, a design derived from the MG-42 machine gun, which contributes to its robust construction. This example features a 4.5 inch barrel and a dark matte grey Parkerized finish. The furniture consists of dark brown, vertically serrated synthetic grips secured by a metal spring clip. The pistol is equipped with fixed iron sights, a frame-mounted safety that doubles as a decocker, and a heel-style magazine release. Key markings include the serial number Z 05506 and the factory code rid on the left side of the frame, identifying production at the Strakonice factory. The right side of the frame bears a military acceptance mark featuring crossed swords and the date code 53. The slide is marked with a matching serial number Z 05506 near the rear sight and a military refurbishment mark VOZ 76 near the muzzle. An import mark on the right side of the slide reads CZ52 7.62 TOK CZECH / C.A.I. GEORGIA VT. No magazine is included with this lot. In-house shipping is available.
