** Egyptian Contract W.W. Greener Falling Block Shotgun 12 Gauge with 26 Inch Barrel - This W.W. Greener single-shot falling block shotgun is chambered in 12 gauge and configured with a 26-inch barrel featuring a full-length wooden forend. The firearm is built on a Martini-style action with a manual safety lever located on the left side of the receiver. The barrel is fitted with a single bead front sight at the muzzle and a metal barrel band equipped with a sling swivel, paired with a second swivel on the buttstock. The metal surfaces exhibit a thinning blued finish with areas of surface oxidation and wear consistent with age. The wooden furniture consists of a straight-comb walnut buttstock and a full forend, both finished with a high-gloss lacquer that shows minor dings and a notable surface scuff on the right side of the buttstock. Stamped markings are present throughout the piece: the right side of the receiver is marked W.W. GREENER. PAT No 907, while the left side is stamped with a large EG. The top of the barrel breech is inscribed GREENER'S SPECIAL BORE and features several international proof marks and characters in Arabic script. The serial number 27799 is stamped on the underside of the trigger guard. In-house shipping is available. This firearm is at least 50 years old and in qualifying configuration, or is specifically recognized by ATF as a Curio & Relic. If you have a C&R Federal Firearms License (or another type of FFL authorized to receive this firearm), we can ship it to you or hand it to you at pickup where lawful.
