This expansive estate lot comprises a diverse collection of furniture, fine art, vintage toys, and household goods. Key pieces include a large Rococo-revival wall mirror with a heavily scrolled gilt wood and gesso frame measuring 56 inches high by 34 inches wide. It is accompanied by a large mountainous landscape oil on canvas, measuring 42 inches high by 53 inches wide, signed by the artist in the lower right corner. Significant furniture items include a vintage Ohio Wesleyan University black-painted Windsor armchair, stenciled with the university seal (est. 1842), and a rare manual wooden rocker-style washing machine with iron hardware, featuring interior stenciling with usage instructions.
