A Collection of Vintage Marion Ohio Architectural Blueprints, Pictorial Maps, and Ephemera - A collection of vintage paper ephemera featuring architectural, cartographic, and promotional materials, primarily focused on Marion, Ohio. The lot includes original cyanotype architectural blueprints for a dwelling for S.E. Barlow in Marion, Ohio. These sheets represent the front elevation and attic and roof plan, designed by Frank P. Allen and Son Architects of Grand Rapids, Michigan. The front elevation depicts a large three-story residence with dormer windows and a full front porch featuring turned spindles and a side porte-cochere. Included is a printed pictorial map titled Birdseye View of Who's Who in Marion, dated August 1939. The map provides a bird's-eye illustration of downtown Marion, noting street names such as Center Street, Main Street, and Church Street alongside local businesses. It bears a 1939 M.C.R. copyright mark. A large-format nautical chart index is present, titled Outline of Charts of the Great Lakes and Outflow Rivers, published by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Lake Survey Center. The collection also contains a color promotional Ford Mustang timeline poster titled Legend Turns Twenty, featuring models from 1964 to 1984, including the 1965 Shelby GT-350 and the 1979 Indianapolis 500 Pace Car. Additional items include a large monochrome print titled Mansions of [Obscured], featuring sketches of the Hurlbut Residence, Everett Mansion, and Drury Mansion; a detailed subdivision plat map identifying property owners such as John Ballantine and area features like the Fair Grounds; and a set of rolled plans for the clipper ship Flying Fish from Shipways, a division of Model Expo.
