Davart New York Leaded Stained Glass Fruit Motif Table Lamp - This is a large leaded stained-glass table lamp produced by Davart of New York. The dome-shaped shade features cream slag glass panels with an irregular scalloped rim decorated with a fruit and foliage motif including green leaves, red apples, yellow pears, and clusters of deep red and dark purple glass cabochon grapes. The lamp stands on a metal base with an urn-form stem and a square pedestal featuring neoclassical relief medallions of a Greco-Roman female profile. The lamp includes a separate, detached reddish-brown variegated marble plinth. It is equipped with a two-socket fixture, dual brass pull chains, and a cloth-covered power cord. The underside of the metal base is marked with an incised downward-pointing triangle containing the letters DAV with R and T vertically aligned in the center and the letters NY positioned at the bottom corners.
