A Chinese Carved Spinach Green Nephrite Jade Bowl - A carved hardstone bowl of simple form, crafted from translucent green nephrite jade, commonly known as spinach jade. The vessel features a flared rim, a deep well, and a short, integral circular foot ring. The material displays a mottled apple-to-forest green color with characteristic dark mineral inclusions and a fibrous internal structure throughout. The surfaces are polished to a soft luster. No maker marks, signatures, or reign marks are visible on the interior or exterior of the vessel. Diameter: 5 1/8 inches Height: 2 1/4 inches. Pickup is Tuesday, August 25, from Noon to 7 pm at the home in Marion, OH or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
