Vintage Whitetail Deer 10-Point Antler Plaque Mount Dated 1978 - This lot features a 10-point antler rack from a white-tailed deer (Odocoileus virginianus) prepared as a skull cap taxidermy mount. The skull cap is covered in a forest green felt material and secured to a wooden plaque with five polished decorative metal tacks. The mount is presented on a shield-shaped wooden plaque with a dark-stained finish. A circular metal medallion is pinned to the lower front of the plaque and is stamped with the year 1978. The reverse side of the plaque features a single metal hanging bracket at the top and multiple small holes from previous mounting hardware. A small yellow adhesive tag is present on the lower left of the plaque face. Maximum outside spread: 21 inches Inside spread: 19 inches. Pickup is Friday, July 31, from Noon to 7 pm at our facility in Lancaster, OH. Alternate pickup day is available by appointment for a $5 fee per lot or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
