1924 Illinois Passenger Vehicle License Plate - A vintage 1924 Illinois passenger vehicle license plate. The plate is constructed of embossed metal featuring the registration number 763-111 in large centered digits. On the right side, the state abbreviation ILL is embossed above the year 24. The color scheme consists of an orange-yellow used for the raised digits, letters, and the border against a black background. The plate includes a group of mounting points: two circular holes at the bottom corners and two horizontal slots at the top. The reverse side is painted solid black and clearly shows the embossed relief of the registration characters. Burns in-house shipping is available. Pickup is Thursday, May 28 from 11 am to 7 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
