A Pair of 1933 Ohio Passenger Vehicle License Plates, Number B 811 - This lot consists of a matched pair of official 1933 Ohio state vehicle registration plates. The plates are made of embossed metal, featuring a yellow-orange background with dark embossed characters. Across the top margin, the plates are embossed with the text OHIO-1933. The center of each plate displays the registration number B 811 in large embossed characters. Each plate has a group of original pre-drilled mounting holes at the corners. The reverse sides are unpainted, showing the recessed impressions of the front-facing characters along with heavy surface oxidation and remnants of original finish. Burns in-house shipping is available. Pickup is Thursday, May 28 from 11 am to 7 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
