Rookwood Pottery Geometric Lattice Vase - A vintage American Art Pottery vase produced by Rookwood Pottery in 1931. This hexagonal earthenware vessel features a molded geometric lattice or trellis pattern consisting of interlocking diamonds across the body. The design is accentuated by a central horizontal band with a stippled, aerographed texture in a darker blue tone. The entire exterior is finished in a matte light blue glaze. The vase is characterized by a lobed, fluted rim and a slightly tapering form. The base is impressed with the Rookwood ”flame” mark, the Roman numerals ”XXXI” denoting the year of manufacture, and the shape number ”6266”. Height: Approximately 6 inches.
