Ottenheimer - This is a 1908 edition of the New Black Face and Minstrel Joke Book, edited by Moe Ott and published by I. & M. Ottenheimer of Baltimore, Maryland. It is designated as No. 19 in the publisher's New Joke Books Pocket Edition series.
