A Framed Portrait Miniature Depicting a Couple in 18th-Century Attire - This lot consists of a framed portrait miniature depicting a couple in late 18th-century attire, featuring a man in a blue coat and bicorne hat and a woman in a pink Empire-style gown, set within a landscape. The artwork is housed in an ornate, gilded composition frame with rocaille scrollwork at the corners. This assembly is further protected by a deep, black-painted wooden shadowbox frame with a glass front. The reverse is finished with a wooden board secured by nails and equipped with a hanging wire.
