A group of Blue Bird Made in Italy Ceramic Salad Plates with Fruit Motifs - A group of ceramic plates attributed to the Blue Bird pattern, made in Italy. The plates are constructed from white ceramic with a glossy glaze. The decoration is executed in a blue and white style reminiscent of traditional European Faience or Delftware, featuring intricate scrollwork and floral borders. Each plate features a central medallion containing a stylized blue bird holding a sprig. This central motif is coupled with a distinct polychrome fruit design, including a sliced lemon, sliced kiwi fruit, strawberries/raspberries, and cherries. The underside of each plate bears a green stamped mark reading BLUE BIRD MADE IN ITALY. Burns in-house shipping is available. Pick up is Friday, Jan. 30 from Noon to 7 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
