A group of 1931-S Lincoln Wheat Cents and Informational Slip - The lot consists of United States one-cent coins, commonly known as Lincoln Wheat Cents, all dated 1931 with the 'S' mint mark indicating production at the San Francisco Mint. The 1931-S is recognized by collectors as a low-mintage date in the series. Each bronze coin is individually secured within an orange, stapled cardboard 2x2 coin holder. The holders are marked with the designation ¢ 1931 S and include handwritten pricing notations: holders are marked $48.00 and is marked $46.00. The lot also includes a separate white paper slip printed with the bold black text 1931-S Rare!. Burns in-house shipping is available. Pick up is Friday, Jan. 30 from Noon to 7 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
