A group of United States Indian Head Cents, Dated 1861 and 1864 - This lot consists of United States Indian Head One Cent coins, individually housed in standard white cardboard 2x2 coin holders. The first coin is dated 1861. The second coin is dated 1864. Both coins appear to be struck in a copper or bronze alloy, exhibiting the standard Indian Head design on the obverse and the shield and wreath motif on the reverse. The coins display dark brown toning consistent with extensive circulation. The 2x2 holders feature handwritten blue ink notations indicating the dates and additional numerical markings, including” ”and ”3.00,” along with a grade notation marked ”W.” Burns in-house shipping is available. Pick up is Friday, Jan. 30 from Noon to 7 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
