English Victorian Aesthetic Movement Sterling Silver Baby Cup, Martin, Hall & Co. Ltd, 1881 - An English Victorian Aesthetic Movement sterling silver baby cup by Martin, Hall & Co. Ltd of London, dated 1881. The cylindrical cup features an ornate scrolled handle and a beaded base rim. Its exterior is extensively decorated with finely engraved foliate and botanical motifs, while its interior is gilded. Visible markings include the stamped number ”26758” on the base and faint hallmarks, including a lion passant, near the top rim. Height: 3 3/4 inches Weight: 101.8 grams Good overall condition, exhibiting minor surface wear, scratches, and some tarnish commensurate with its age. Burns in-house shipping is available.
