McCoy 'White Cat on Coal Bucket' Cookie Jar, Model 218 - A ceramic cookie jar by McCoy, known as the 'White Cat on Coal Bucket' pattern, model number 218. This lidded jar features a glazed white figure of a sleeping cat resting on a textured, dark grey or black lid. The body of the jar is a ribbed, pale yellow or cream color, tapering outwards from a reddish-brown circular foot. The base is visibly marked with '218', 'McCoy', a copyright symbol '©', and 'USA'. Height: 8.5 inches Good overall condition. There is a noticeable chip on the rim of the reddish-brown base. Burns in-house shipping is available. Pick up is Thursday, Dec. 4 from Noon to 7 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
