Guatemalan 900 Silver Stylized Quetzal Bird Brooch - A stylized 900 silver brooch depicting a quetzal bird perched on a branch. The bird features prominent, textured tail feathers and intricate detailing across its body and tail. The reverse is fitted with a functional pin mechanism and is stamped ”SILVER 900” alongside a partially legible maker's mark or symbol within a rectangular cartouche. Origin: Guatemala Purity: 900 silver Weight: 11 grams Height: 3 3/8” Exhibits typical surface tarnish consistent with silver and age. Structurally sound with the pin mechanism intact.
