A group of Vintage and Antique Mother-of-Pearl and Abalone Buttons - A group of vintage and antique buttons, primarily crafted from iridescent mother-of-pearl, abalone, or nacre. These buttons are often accented with metallic components in gold-tone, silver-tone, or brass, and feature intricate carved, etched, or inlaid designs. The collection displays a wide array of styles, including floral, geometric, figurative, and abstract motifs, presented in a vibrant spectrum of pink, purple, blue, green, and golden hues, with some buttons featuring glass or enamel details. The buttons are meticulously arranged in a cross-shaped pattern on a cream-colored card, each secured within a hand-drawn black circle, though some spaces are now empty. Card measures approximately 12 x 9 inches. Burns in-house shipping is available. Pick up is Saturday, Nov. 22, from 11 am to 2 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
