An Archive of Movie Promotional Press Photos and Materials - A collection of movie promotional press photos and materials housed within a standard cardboard Bankers Box. The box contains an archive of manila file folders, extensively labeled by hand with various film titles and organizations, including ”Airplane,” ”The Naked Gun,” ”group of Dalmatians,” ”Around the world in 80 Days,” ”Accused,” ”Aspen Extreme,” and ”1988 United Producers Organization.” Also noted is a folder labeled ”Ach du lieber Harry.” The contents primarily consist of black and white glossy publicity photographs/stills and some color promotional materials related to films. Many photographs bear studio logos, such as Paramount, and photographer credits, including Elliott Marks. Copyright dates observed on the materials range from at least 1958 to 2003. Burns in-house shipping is available. Pick up is Saturday, Nov. 22, from 11 am to 2 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
