The board features the full alphabet, numbers 0-9, 'YES', 'NO', and 'GOOD BYE', alongside celestial sun and moon motifs and decorative figures in the corners. It was produced by William Fuld, Baltimore, MD., U.S.A., and includes the design patent number D. Pat. 114,534 printed on the board. The planchette also bears the 'OUIJA' name and 'PATENTED' mark.
