WWI US ARMY 13TH DIVISION TUNIC - IDENTIFIED - World War One 1917 pattern service coat - tunic. A multi piece 13th Division patch is sewn to the left shoulder directly above the honorable discharge stripe. The name ”Kent” is written on the inside lining. The contract label is present on the underside of the lining and reads, ”Henry Sonneborn & Co., Inc Baltimore MD contract 647 Sept, 6, 1917 Philadelphia Depot”. Below this is stamped ”ALTO SUB-DEPOT” ”Isaac Hinds (e). The 13th Division was formed in Washington State; perhaps the alto sub-depot stamping is reference to a depot located in Alto, Washington. This coat is in near mint - mint condition. In-house shipping is available.
