Published by the author Alfred Seelye Roe in 1899 through the ”Press of F. S. Blanchard & Co. Worcester Mass. This copy originally belonged to 1st Lieutenant Benjamin J. Yard of Company I 9th NY H.A. At some point the family documented on the blank fly pages the succession of this book from the Lieutenant's wife to their son Benjamin, and from there down through three more generations with the final presentation occuring in 1950. This 615 page book contains a roster, personal sketches, many photographs and illustrations. Overall excellent condition with only minor shelf wear. First edition. In-house shipping is available.
