CIVIL WAR - INDIAN WARS PERIOD CAVALRY BOOTS - Black leather boots with wood and square nail pegged soles and heels. Three piece leather construction. The first piece runs from the toe to the top of the ankle and then to the top of the shin guard (19.5”). The second piece runs from the top of the heel to the top back of the boot (14”) and is stitched to both sides of the front leather piece. The third piece is a a heel reinforcement. The length of the boot from heel to toe is 10.5”. Each boot has two leather pull tabs.The leather is supple with minor wear. Extremely similar in appearance to Civil War Cavalry boots with the exception of the three affixed studs on each boot located at the top sides and back of the heel reinforcement leather - a feature not typically seen on Civil War boots. In-house shipping is available. Pickup is Thursday, Oct. 19 and Friday Oct. 20 from 10 am to 1 pm in Carroll, Ohio 43112 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
