CIVIL WAR .58 CAL BAYONET WITH SCABBARD & FROG - Civil War .58 caliber Springfield socket triangular bayonet with leather scabbard and buff leather frog. The bayonet has a mottled grey finish, is stamped U.S. and measures 20.75”. The lock ring works perfectly. The scabbard is complete with wear to the leather. The brass tip is attached but loose. The frog is a late war example with 8 copper rivets - an 1864 feature. The bayonet with scabbard measures 22.5625”. In-house shipping is available.
