## Czech Vz 98/22 Military Rifle 8mm C&R - MFG/IMPORTER: Czech/NA Co. MODEL: 1898/22 SERIAL: 2989 CALIBER/GAUGE: 8 mm CONDITION: Action good, bore good. SIZE: 29.5” bbl. NOTE: This is a Czech BRNO produced Model 1898/22 Mauser Rifle that was used by the Turkish military. The rifle is import marked. The 1898/22 is a modified version of the venerable German Gew 98 Mauser of WWI fame. The stock exhibits normal handling wear and scuffs/dings. The cleaning rod is present. The bore has good rifling. The bolt is not numbered. The metal finish is worn with a grayish patina. Overall condition is good. Serial #2989, Caliber 8mm Mauser. In house shipping available. This firearm is 50 years old or older - we can ship to you or hand out to you if you have a C&R or other type of FFL. If you don’t have an FFL we will have to ship to your FFL or you will have to undergo a background check when you come to pick up.
