WWII Nazi German Heinrich Himmler Original Photograph Lot Printed on Agfa Brovira Paper - World War Two Nazi German Heinrich Himmler original photograph lot of six photographs printed on wartime Agfa Brovira paper. Each photo measures 12.5 cm x 17.4cm. Two of the photographs feature Himmler speaking with Arthur Seyss-Inquart. In one of the photographs Obergruppenfuhrer Karl Wolff, who served as Himmler's Chief of Personal Staff, stands to the left and slightly in the background. In three of the other photographs Himmler is pictured in meetings and in the last photo he is shown entering a building. Each photograph has a matte finish and appears to be slightly discolored. Heinrich Himmler, 4th Reichsfuhrer of the Schutzstaffel (SS) was primarily known for being the main architect of the Holocaust. Karl Wolff was an SS liaison to Adolf Hitler during World War II. He ended the war as the Supreme SS and Police leader in occupied Italy and helped arrange for the early surrender of Axis forces in that theater. Arthur Seyss-Inquart served as the Chancellor of Austria for two days before the Anschluss, and became Governor of Austria after the Anschluss. After the Invasion of Poland, Seyss-Inquart became Deputy to the Governor of the General Government in Poland. Following the capitulation of the Netherlands on 15 May 1940, Seyss-Inquart was appointed Reichskommissar for the Occupied Netherlands. After the war, he was found guilty at the Nuremberg Trials and executed on October 16, 1946. In-house shipping is available.
