World War Two Benito Mussolini and Claretta Petacci hanging press photographs - 3 World War Two era press photographs of the bodies of Benito Mussolini, Claretta Petacci, and two other fascists hanging in the Piazzale Loreto in Milan on April 29, 1945. Mussolini and Petacci had been executed On April 28, by Italian Partisans in the village of Giulino di Mezzegra in Northern Italy. Each photo measures 7.75” x 10”. These are original wartime photographs, not post war reprints. In-house shipping is available. Open pickup is Tuesday, Oct. 29 from Noon to 7 pm at our offices in Carroll, OH 43112 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item. We charge $5/lot if you want to pick up a different day.
