Italian M1871 Cavalry Saber - Model 1871 Italian cavalry saber with a slightly curved blade. Overall length is 41.75” with a 35.75” blade. Stamped RC in an oval on the ricasso. The blade appears to have been cleaned and lightly sharpened. Plain wooden grips in very good condition with a partially checkered backstrap that is stamped R 45. The leather washer is still intact. Scabbard is stamped D9722. In-house shipping is available. Open pickup is Tuesday, Oct. 29 from Noon to 7 pm at our offices in Carroll, OH 43112 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
