Sterling Silver and Turquoise Running Bear Trading Post Ring size 7 - A Southwestern sterling silver ring featuring a centrally set oval turquoise cabochon. The natural turquoise stone is bright blue with dark matrix inclusions and an irregular surface, secured in a serrated bezel. The setting is embellished with a twisted wire rope border and split-shank shoulders decorated with silver leaf appliqués, scrolls, and small spheres. The reverse of the ring head bears an impressed mark consisting of a stylized bear silhouette containing the letters R.B., with the number 925 stamped immediately below it. This hallmark identifies the piece as a product of the Running Bear Trading Post.
