Alaska Ulu Knife with Cultured Antler Handle - This is a modern souvenir ulu knife, a traditional style of Inuit cutting tool. The semi-lunar blade is made of stainless steel and features an etched map of Alaska on the front face, which includes the Big Dipper and Polaris constellations above the word Alaska. The upper left corner of the reverse blade face is marked with a two-line tang stamp reading STAINLESS over CHINA. The handle is constructed from a synthetic cultured or faux-antler composite and contains an inset oval medallion with the word Alaska. The blade is secured to the handle by two tang extensions.
