Hazel Atlas White Milk Glass Hen on Nest Covered Dish - This two-piece covered dish is crafted from opaque white milk glass, often referred to as Platonite, and is molded in the traditional hen on nest form. The piece consists of a lid in the shape of a hen with detailed feathering and a corresponding oval base with a basketweave textured exterior. A molded Hazel Atlas Glass Company maker mark, featuring a stylized monogram, is located on the interior bottom of the base.
