A Pair of US Silver Mercury Dimes, 1942 and 1943-D - A pair of US Mercury dimes struck in 90% silver. This lot includes one specimen dated 1942 from the Philadelphia Mint and one specimen dated 1943 from the Denver Mint, the latter featuring a D mint mark on the reverse. Both coins utilize the Winged Liberty Head obverse and the fasces and olive branch reverse design. The specimens are housed in individual 2x2 cardboard and film flips with handwritten notations for date, mint mark, and silver composition.
